Discussion Your Lineup Prediction

  • Probably because it's been proven time and again with completely ineffective performances that Dalot CAN'T play both sides? How many more times do you need to watch him have zero impact in an attacking sense playing at LWB before you're ready to acknowledge this?

Really? He's had some of his best games on the left.

I’m encouraged & love that we always give youth a chance and always should do but that bench is a worry in case we need to change it. Only Lindelof has proper first team experience. Now I know our hands are tied behind our back due to the number of injuries but I hope a few of these youngsters if given the opportunity take it with both hands as it could give us some sort of brimmer of hope for the future.

Looks like Dorgu might be getting used on the right again though which is slightly irritating.
This is pissing me off quite a bit at the moment. We're struggling, particularly on the left, so just play the one player we have who can play that role in that fecking position.

I'd say more exciting than appalling. They clearly have the ability just whether they can make the jump to Premier League football
The jump is absolutely gigantic though...less than 1% of the lads who play 'unders' football will make a career in the PL

But yeah...sometimes a lucky break due to injuries can provide an opportunity for someone who takes it with both hands

All these fecking injuries... oh my days :annoyed:

Now we're going to find out how good our kids are. I'm looking forward to this, come what may. We've been crying out for the kids to be given a chance. If we get thumped, so be it. But just imagine - Fletcher or Moorhouse comes on, sets up a winning goal for Chido. I'll go fugging bonkers

Play Dorgu on the left, Amorim. Please don't over think things.

    Is Amad hurt or sick?

they really did Zirkzee dirty with that graphic on the lineup. He's so dopey looking in that

I don't get why people get so worked up over this. It's Dalot and Dorgu - whether it's Dalot L and Dorgu right or vice versa, who cares? They can both play either side.

Watch them when they receive the ball and they'll come inside or go backwards most of the time. Dalot just will not cross off his left very often. It makes out play narrower and more predictable.

Spurs are similar to Arsenal. They want the Manchester trophy.

    OMG our bench... yikes

Is this the first time all season we've had a right back and a left back on their proper sides?

When a team is going through a rough patch - like Spurs - we're probably a good team to face and get you back to winning ways

Onana has got to be the only keeper referees don’t allow throwing the ball forward 4-6ft for a deep free kick
